A: Grab a millimeter ruler and measure one lens from left to right. If you don’t have one of those, convert the measurement from inches to millimeters. This is your size.Q: What about height?
A: Our clips have been designed to fit most glasses that are on the market, so there is only one height measurement for each corresponding length size. Example: a 53mm Skinny Rectangle is always height 32mm (a 51mm Skinny Rectangle will always be height 30mm). Once you have found your length size, check this chart to see if the corresponding height will work for your glasses. Measurements are from top to bottom of the tallest part of your glasses.Q: So I have to choose the height that goes with the length measurement I selected?
A: Yes, because the clip ons were designed for glasses that represent a majority of the market, only one height measurement is available. - Q: Do You Accept Returns?
A: Yes, as long as the item is not used (the exception being personalized bracelets which are non refundable due to the personalized nature of the product.) When buying personalized bracelets take special care in selecting correct size and specifications including engraving message. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized bracelets. - Q: I need to return, what’s the process?
A: If you would like to return your unused item you may send it back to us. You will be responsible for packing the item safely and paying the postage to send it back. -
